Did a quick 2 mi run. Its sooo gorgeous outside i almost did 3 mi but i refrained since I was going to do p90x Legs and Back afterwards.

WHEW!  Gorgeous afternoon doing my quick run.  ELO came on my nano with an appropriate Mr Blue-skies 😀  I will say the wind was CRAZY.  I rarely has issues with running in headwind like I do with a bike.  But today I had to tuck in and bull through it.

Came home and did only 30 minutes of the Yoga X.  I’ll have to work my way up to more.  haha go figure right?  I can do an hour or more of heavy cardio and weight lifting but 30 minutes or more of Yoga = my butt dead.

Did a short 2 mi run this AM.  I did NOT want to get up lol so was dragging out the door.  Only had time for 2 mi.  But I will be doing p90 Plyo tonight so that’s ok lol.  I’m sure that will kick my ass from here to there hehe.  Specially since it’s been awhile since I’ve done any plyo.

Did 4 mi this morning.  Haven’t done that distance for awhile.  Don’t really plan on doing much further distance training until August when I start pushing to train for my first 1/2 marathon in San Antonio.

I need to plan out my training schedule because i’m also going to have to be riding hills and distance for the Las Vegas bike ride.

I’m trying to do more Yoga.  I need to work on my flexibility  and hoping that will help my shoulder pain I’ve been having.  Drives me crazy that I can’t do some of the workout moves cause it hurts too much in my shoulder.

Did 3 Mi run when I got home than did Jillian’s Killer abs Level 2.  Don’t think I had ever done  level 2 on this one because i was not familiar with them.  I know this is one of my new dvds.

Was a gorgeous late afternoon on my run if a bit warm.  The sky was a bright blue with jet plane streaks of clouds.

Man i knew i should of worked out Monday.  But i wanted a break!  But this weeks schedule has NOT been conducive at all to working out.  yes, even i find myself with even more limited time.

At least i got up early in the AM to run cause the rest of the day with class and having to pick up a pair of white pants at Target = no workout in the evening!  Boo 🙁
