lol every time I write Ab Ripper X or p90x I hear the trainers voice in my head doing the emphasized “X” .

I noticed some big improvements today.  I didn’t do many but I was actually able to straighten my arm all the way doing the side Tri-Rise movement.

2 Mi run & Kempo X

We all have those days.  If you are working out, those days you do a workout and your body aches.  We must remember and know that many times push ourselfs to go ahead and workout even if it’s just a light workout and it will help your body be less sore.

I was tempted to postpone my workout day because I was so sore.  But I’m glad I didn’t.  The light run and doing the Kempo X helped me not be so sore.

Though keep in mind, if you are very sore, do  a lighter workout, don’t go balls to the wall 😀

Did Shoulders and Arms tonight.  Had an easier time on some of the moves cause my bursitis wasn’t bothering me as much.  I can definitely tell I’m getting stronger even just after a week and a 1/2 of doing p90x straight.
