One of the big things that helped me loose weight and keep the weight off is controlling my portions and learning how much of what will equal “this” amount of calories or carbs.

“Eating a whole bag of Doritos? Not good for you. Eating a small handful? Less worse!”  Gizmodo would like to show you what 200 calories actually looks like in various foods.  Let me tell you, when you reduce that caloric intake and you like at that bowl of broccoli vs the 2 inches of candy bar, 90% of the time you are going to go for that broccoli.
